Donation Subscriptions: Active subscriptions from this month have been processed. I realize that there are many that are behind. Make sure
you have ONE and only ONE recent ticket open about your subscription with "DP" in the subject and I will get to it as soon as I can
(this week).
Kicked the training program back into action after an error and you should see all the results from any battles/training you've had
or done.
Arena sim reported as down but appears to be working ok to me. Please report further problems.
Fixed a long standing but overlooked error with heat sinks being partially repaired.

Map Update: You can now see buildable spaces on the map by viewing the Terrain Info and then clicking the
obivous Click here link. To revert back to normal view simply click the Zoom 1 button at the top of the page or
recenter your map.

Instant Surrenders: Apparently some people were encountering some scenarios where targets were instantly
surrendering. I have not been able to replicate this and would appreciate more information. If people can open a
help ticket if they have information please do. War appears to be working correctly and fighting should resume.
The war and attacks by Wishkah on Gunshot To The Head of Trepidation were made by me and should be ignored.
Updated a bunch of units that didnt have skills that matched the skills of their crew.
Added code to ensure that you can not DOW empires with no cities.

Updated a number of soldiers that improperly lost skills multiple times in the past week.
Added further safeguards have been put in to ensure against skill degradation resulting in soldiers being
affected multiple times when they should not.

I understand that there are still some issues with deleting private mails individually and such. The mail system
was built around a lot of game concepts and infrastructure that in no way match how the game currently works.
If the state of the game were such that deleting private mails were the number one problem that would be fantastic
and I would jump right on it. Unfortunately that isn't the case and I will get to it when I can. Thanks.
Empires with no city zones will now surrenderm including empires level 3 and under and on the Noob Island.
As such you also can't declare war on an empire with no city zones.
Updated the unclaiming screen to tell you a few extra things to check as to why zones aren't unclaiming.
Declaring more than one raid at a time should no longer be possible, a technique that was allegedly being
used to rescue units from dangerous situations. Thank you to Vicious Intentions for his bug report.
Was out of office for a couple days due to both internet problems and birthdays. Back in and kicking ass on the
help ticket front, trying to clear some things out of the way so that I can implement a string of much needed
changes and redesigns. More on that later. For now I want to say thank you and farewell to Seth who has taken a
new job and will no longer be answering help tickets. For just over 3 years now Seth has reliably held up the
help ticket front which is a thankless job filled with grief and headaches to say the least. Thank you Seth and
good luck with your family and future career.

Added a level update procedure to the empire intel page seen when an empire's name is clicked. This should add some more consistancy to the update
procedure.
Skype: There has been a report that having Skype installed causes the battle map to lock up. If there are any other people that have experience
with this I would love to hear about it. Please open a help ticket. Thanks.
The master vehicle list should work properly now.
Due to nothing short of my own stupidity I updated most unit skills to be incorrect. I'm sorry that this wasn't done properly and everything should
be updated correctly now. I have also given every unit some free training checks to make up for the hassle.

Updated mechs to match their pilot's skills if they weren't matched up properly. Players who got skills back in yesterday's update will
have seen a discrepancy between mech and pilot skills unless they clicked the unit name.
Please....in the name of all that is holy...stop opening tickets about skill checks being "broken." As I've said multiple times
sometimes the results are delayed. The program is checked often and I am trying to make it more reliable. No skill checks are ever "lost" only
the results are delayed. Thank you.

Mergers: To merge an empire you need to make a request from the empire that will be deleted and then submit the request from the
empire that will be merged into. Just because you say that you want to merge your empire with someone elses doesn't mean they want to do it.
Went back through some logs and found the major instance from the beginning of June when a major problem with skilldowns resulted in some people
losing multiple skills on the same soldiers for several days in a row. All the affected soldiers from this period had their vweapons, gunnery and
piloting skills AND mults reset to what they were before the multiple skilldowns. This occured because I added exceptions and special rules to the
skill degradation process such as when you destroy an enemy having your skill loss date pushed back. The more exceptions and special rules the more
laggy the process is, which is why I won't be complicating it more than it is already. Some people have complained that there is no way for larger
empires to keep up with skill loss, but as has been stated from the beginning of the program that was the whole point. The average pilot in the game
needed to be higher with the exception of combat units that actually see battle. This has indeed been the overall effect.
Additionally, I believe there is a visual bug that shows skill gains in the skill log from battle when in fact there wasn't one, so then people
think they have lost a skill when they look at the pilot and see that there was no gain there. I believe this happens sometimes when they gain a skill
in one skill (say piloting) but not the other (gunnery). I am investigating this problem further, but I can assure you that all actual skill losses
from degradation are logged and are working properly.

If you have a merger request pending you will not be able to add secondary player logins so please keep that in mind.
Fixed an error with selling mech salvage.
Fixed an occaisional error with the wars page not loading if you had an improper entry from a previous FWAR.

Thanks to Eggy for reporting a bug about being abel to sell mech salvage from a zone that is under attack. This has been corrected.
You should be able to delete private mails individually now.
Fixed some inconsistancies with the donation subscription code that was improperly awarding bonus DP, typically to the detriment of players.
If you think you were shorted donation points on your last subscription processing, you can either wait for the next cycle when it will be automatically
corrected or you can open a help ticket.
Fixed an error occuring sometimes when viewing mechs.
The garrison mobilization system on the map had been improperly disabled for an unknown period of time. Clicking any zone, friendly OR ENEMY
will trigger a zone garrison check be made. If the garrison is exceeded the troops will be mobilized to bring them in line. If you suspect your
enemies of abusing garrions rules, simply click their zones and the troops will mobilize. Please report any problems with this system, such as
pages that never seem to load.
Automated the arena bet winnings process which will now award 50 Dp to the largest winner and 10 DP to the biggest loser each month.
