Come one, come all!

The second annual Sin City event will take place from June 1 to Jun 3 in Las Vegas, Nevada. This will be an all-ages event and everyone is welcome to attend. There will be seminars, Q/A sessions, games and other festivities throughout Saturday, with plenty of time set aside for people to explore the city and relax.

Basic Info:

  • Where:
    St. Tropez Hotel in Las Vegas, NV     http://www.sttropezlasvegas.com

  • Fees:
    None! You will need spending money for eating out, beverages and various other things.

  • Location:
    The whole event will take place at the St. Tropez Hotel. We have rooms booked as well as a conference room for Saturday, the 2nd for our all-day event. There will no doubt be lots of other "unofficial" adventures to various casinos, eateries and the like.

  • Lodging:
    We have a block of hotel rooms reserved at a special group price! To reserve a room you must register and pay in advance!
         All prices are for a Friday AND Saturday night stay, a requirement of our group rate.
    Standard Jr. Suite with 1 King Bed: $155
    2 Room Suite with 1 King or 2 Double Beds: $199
    1 Bed Reservation in a Shared Room: $99 (Roomie can be requested by name)

    Room prices are the same or less than last year, though the rooms themselves should be nicer.

  • Transportation:
    Everyone is responsible for getting to and from the event. There are FREE shuttles from the airport to the St. Tropez!

  • Food/Drink:
    As we aren't charging anything players will be responsible for their own food/drink at the event. This way we can help keep it cheap for everyone and people with special eating needs can take care of themselves. Alcholic beverages will be available (its Vegas baby!) but will not be allowed inside the event room to keep it an all-ages affair.

  • Events:
    TO BE ANNOUNCED! Stay tuned for details! All I can say is that it will be fun, interactive and a lot more organized than last year.

  • Other:
    More details will be posted as they are sketched out.
